What we can offer
The staff development programmes we offer aim at supporting staff in improving their mindfulness, resulting in a more beneficial approach towards stressful situations, improvement of their work-life balance and a refocusing on the important aspects of work and life. We are able to accomodate a large variety of wishes and deliver our programmes in a flexible way. Typical arrangments we offer:
Introductory talks/presentations
To find out what it is about and what we could offer
Taster/orientation sessions
To get a first impression what will be going on during a mindfulness @ work course and opportunity to ask questions related to the course
Day-long workshops
Workshops that go over one or more days and allow to get an in-depth experience of mindfulness training
8-week programme
A full programme, comprising of eight 90-minute sessions taking place once a week. A programme structured in this way is best suited to support participants in introducing a mindfulness-based approach into their daily activities
Tailor-made continuous support and follow-up sessions
Depending on the requirements specific arrangements for ongoing support and/or follow-up sessions can be arranged
E-support via the internet
It is also possible to provide continuous support via the internet by creating a virtual space for participants of these courses which allows them to interact, discuss an receive further support from a course facilitator
